01 Acceptance of Terms

If verification confirms the user is underage, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the original payment source without exception.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on freebet at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

06 Betting and Casino Game Rules

All betting and casino game activity on freebet is subject to the following general rules. Sports Betting

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, freebet will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent permitted by law) and the expected resolution timeline. Where an account is permanently closed due to Terms violations, freebet is not obligated to return any bonus-derived balances but will return the player's verified net deposit amount unless those funds are also subject to a legal hold.

09 Intellectual Property

11 Amendments to These Terms
